What are the different rewards tiers?
There are three different tiers: Gold, Platinum and Diamond
Gold tier is free to join and you earn 1 point for every $1 spent.
To reach Platinum status, you need to spend $150 on the Center Stage Store in one calendar year. Once here, you’ll get 2 points for every $1 spent.
When you’re ready for Diamond status, you’ll need to spend $300 on the Center Stage Store in one calendar year. You’ll get 3 points for every $1 spent in this tier.
How do I earn points?
Each purchase earns you points, as long as you’re signed into your store account when you make the purchase.
Every dollar spent earns 1-3 points, depending on your rewards tier. Points earned are based on your subtotal minus any discounts applied.
How are my points tracked?
Your points are tracked and added with each purchase you make. To ensure that they’re tracked to your account, you must be signed in to the Center Stage Store when placing an order.
How can I see the number of points I’ve earned?
To see how many points you’ve earned, you must be signed into your account on the Center Stage Store. If you’re on a desktop, your total number of earned points will be viewable on the top right of the store page. If you’re on your mobile device, click the shopping bag icon on the bottom right corner to see your points total.
What do the points get me?
You can receive $1 for every 20 points earned. Please note that the reward can’t be combined with other discount codes.
Are there ways to earn bonuses?
Yes. Refer a friend and not only will they receive $10 off their order, but you’ll also receive $10 off your next purchase after they complete their purchase of $50 or more.
Birthdays also earn you bonus points – you’ll get between 100 points!
How long do I have to upgrade tiers?
Your rewards tier is based on your spending in the last calendar year. As soon as you spend $150, you’ll be upgraded to the Platinum tier and once you spend $300, you’ll reach the Diamond tier. Tier status is achieved for the current year through the end of the following year. Remember to stay at that spending level each year if you’d like to stay in the Platinum or Diamond tiers.
How do I send a friend my referral link?
Once you’re logged into your rewards account on the Center Stage Store, click on the gift icon and scroll down to “Refer Your Friends”. Here, you can choose to send a friend your referral link by copying it and sending it, or by sharing via Facebook, Twitter, or email.
My friend sent me their referral link. How do I use it?
Click on the referral link sent to you and it should bring up the Center Stage Store. From there, a window will pop up, prompting you to enter your email to create a new account. Once complete, click “Claim Your Gift” and you’ll be brought to a new window with the referral coupon.
To redeem the discount on your order of $50 or more, you can click “Apply Code” to have it automatically applied to your cart at checkout or copy and paste into the discount code field at checkout.
My friend used my referral link. How do I claim my reward?
Once your friend redeems their reward using your referral link, you’ll receive an email from email@example.com with your coupon code. You can either click the “Use Reward” button to have it automatically apply to your cart at checkout or copy and paste into the discount code field at checkout.
Another way to claim your reward is to log in to your rewards account on the Center Stage Store. From there, click the gift icon and head to “Your Rewards” to use the coupon code.
Where do I go to redeem my reward?
First, you must be signed into your account on Center Stage Store. Then, open the home page, click on the shopping bag icon in the bottom right corner, then click “Ways To Redeem”.
From here, click on “Redeem” (next to “Rewards Points 20 Points = $1”) and use the slider to determine the number of points you’d like to redeem.
Once completed, click “Redeem” and a discount code will appear. Use this discount code at checkout on your next purchase.
My points were applied but I didn't finish my checkout. Can I get them back?
Yes. Reach out to our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance. Typically, customer service requests are responded to within 1-2 days of submission.
Can I combine my rewards points with other discount codes?
No, only one discount code can be redeemed at a time at checkout.
Do my points expire?
Points expire after 1 year of inactivity. If you don’t make a purchase, redeem existing points, or use a reward within a year of earning points, you will lose them. Once any of these activities happen, the 1-year period restarts. We’ll send you an email to remind you before your points expire.
